The Yunis Method
The Yunis Method is an education community designed to encourage others to grow their real estate portfolio using the same frameworks that I have leveraged to grow my portfolio to over $1.5 million in revenue. This is a community for people willing to do the work in an honest way and helping their own communities and families in the process.

Online Commerce

Certain sections of the Site may allow you to purchase products or services online. You agree to use the Site and purchase products or services for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only and not for speculative, fraudulent, or anticipatory purposes.

Refund Policy

The Yunis Method offers a limited refund period of 72 hours from the time of enrollment. Refunds will only be considered under extreme and verifiable circumstances and are not available for a simple change of mind, personal inconvenience, or financial circumstances. Eligible circumstances include serious medical emergencies with documentation, death of an immediate family member with proof, government or legal obligations that make participation impossible, or verified technical enrollment errors. All approved refunds are subject to a 30% termination and administrative fee. Refund requests must include verifiable documentation. The Yunis Method reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion. No other refunds will be issued outside of these conditions.

Interactive Features

The Site may include features such as bulletin boards, chat rooms, and email services. Responsibility for what is posted on these features lies with each user. Users agree not to restrict other users, impersonate others, disrupt servers or networks, instigate illegal activities, post unlawful material, infringe intellectual property rights, or post harmful content. The Yunis Method may remove or alter any user-created content at any time for any reason.

Opt-In Policies

By opting-in you consent to receiving appointment information, confirmation & reminder, and occasional promotional messages messages to students and community members once they have completed an application, booked an appointment, or joined The Yunis Method community.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. by texting "STOP" or "Unsubscribe" to the shortcode or replying to one of our sms messages. Upon sending "STOP," or "Ubsubscribe" we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Termination

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in Missouri.
